Refund Policy

At Angel Senior Transitions, we strive to provide compassionate and reliable service for every client. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

 

Refunds

• Payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once services have been completed, no refunds will be issued.

 

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date: no cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the scheduled service date: subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted service cost.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date: subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service cost.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the quoted service cost.

 

Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling with at least 72 hours’ notice will generally not incur a fee.
