About the Role
What You’ll Do:
* Lead a small moving and support crew on senior relocation projects
* Oversee packing, loading/unloading, and home setup
* Safely operate company vehicle and tow cargo trailers (up to 20 ft)
* Coordinate job logistics and communicate clearly with clients and office team
* Ensure each move is handled with professionalism, patience, and care
Requirements

Experience in moving, logistics, or related trades (crew lead or foreman experience preferred)
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Comfortable towing and backing up trailers
Strong organizational and leadership skills
